Link Personnel are seeking a polished and professional Legal Receptionist with prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment. This role is pivotal in delivering a 5-star client experience and acting as the first point of contact for our firm.   • Provide a professional and welcoming meet and greet service to clients and visitors
  • Ensure reception and client areas are presented to a 5-star standard at all times
  • Represent the firm with professionalism, discretion, and confidence
  • Manage visitor sign-in procedures in line with firm policies
Call Management
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously
  • Direct calls accurately and efficiently to the appropriate fee earners or departments
  • Take detailed and accurate messages when required
  • Manage overflow calls during busy periods
Meeting Room Management
  • Coordinate booking of meeting rooms
  • Prepare meeting rooms to a high standard, including layout and presentation
  • Set up required IT and audio-visual equipment (video conferencing, screens, conference phones)
  • Arrange refreshments and catering as required
  • Reset rooms promptly following meetings
Courier & Administrative Support
  • Arrange and track courier deliveries and collections
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Liaise with delivery providers and internal teams
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support as required
Experience
  • Previous experience in a law firm or professional services firm (essential)
  • Experience in a front-of-house or receptionist role
  • Professional presentation and demeanour
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • High attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and meeting room technology
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Discretion and understanding of confidentiality within a legal environment
  • Client-focused with a service-first mindset
  • Reliable, punctual, and proactive
  • Positive and approachable manner
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
