- Managing front desk and reception duties, such as answering calls and greeting clients.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring smooth communication between clients and the legal team.
- Organising diaries and appointments for Partners and Solicitors.
- Handling general administrative tasks-scanning, filing, postal duties, and maintaining office systems.
- Liaising with external parties, including financial institutions, solicitors, and other professionals.
- Providing additional administrative support to the legal secretarial team as required.
- Experience in a professional office environment; prior legal experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
