- Previous leisure centre or hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Sales experience and confidence using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a welcoming and professional manner.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing safety and guest satisfaction.
- Lifeguard and/or First Aid qualification would be a strong asset.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and upkeep across all leisure centre areas including indoor facilities, changing rooms, outdoor spaces, and associated areas.
- Supervising the leisure centre to ensure guests adhere to all rules and health and safety regulations, keeping everyone safe.
- Assisting with the safe setup and supervision of outdoor activities to ensure an enjoyable and secure experience for guests.
- Supporting guests by answering queries knowledgeably about the hotel and leisure services.
- Promoting a positive, safe, and fun environment for all users of the leisure centre.
