Essentials: MRICS / MSCSI qualified valuations surveyor; at least 4 years’ post-qualification experience in valuations; strong working knowledge of Argus Valuations.

Manage existing clients and contacts while contributing to business generation by increasing the range and volume of valuation instructions and supporting the development of the department.Valuation Delivery:
Undertake valuation instructions sourced personally or allocated by senior colleagues, ensuring all work is completed accurately, professionally, and in line with regulatory and professional standards.Client Care & Relationship Management:
Build and maintain goodwill, trust, and confidentiality with prospective and existing clients, acting as the single point of contact and managing regular client reporting across multiple assignments.Market Research & Analysis:
Undertake research to identify market opportunities and provide valuation benchmarks to support client advisory work.Professional Profile & Market Presence:
Maintain a strong professional profile in the market, engaging with clients, industry peers, and the wider public to promote the firm and enhance its brand.Systems & Technology:
