- Managing monthly, interim, and final valuations, including payment applications and cost/value reconciliation
- Monitoring cash flow and providing accurate financial reporting on contract performance
- Working with the Procurement Manager to appoint subcontractors across key packages
- Reviewing contract documentation to identify risks, gaps, and inconsistencies
- Agreeing valuation schedules with client representatives and ensuring timely submissions
- Producing detailed quantity take-offs to support estimating, procurement, and planning
- Preparing and agreeing final accounts, ensuring all variations are captured and resolved
- Maintaining detailed records of contractual delays and commercial impacts
- Supporting, mentoring, and developing assistant and junior surveyors
- 7+ years' experience, preferably with a Main Contractor
- To be Chartered or undertaking steps to become chartered
- Previous experience in residential/commercial/civil engineering works
