Oversee food storage, stock rotation, and minimise waste. Work closely with clinical teams and dietitians to meet patient-specific requirements. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen environment. Requirements: QQI Level 6 in Culinary Arts or equivalent. Previous experience in hospital catering, HSE chef roles, or high-volume kitchens. Up-to-date knowledge of cook-chill processes, HACCP, and food safety. Legal Right to Work in Ireland and Garda Vetting clearance. Ability to provide 5 years of references. Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills. Flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends on a scheduled rota.
