Monitor portion control, food presentation, and allergen awareness. Collaborate with dietitians and clinical teams on meal planning. Maintain a clean, compliant, and organised kitchen environment. Requirements: QQI Level 6 in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification. Experience in a healthcare or high-volume catering setting. Up-to-date knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and cook-chill processes. Legal Right to Work in Ireland and Garda Vetting clearance. Ability to provide 5 years of work references. Strong communication and time management skills. Flexible for weekday and weekend shifts on a rota basis.
