- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance throughout the design and construction phases.
- Review and approve design documents, construction drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design staff, fostering professional growth and development within the team.
- Relevant qualification
- 6+ years’ experience in Architecture roles
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and graphic presentation tools.
