- Oversee space planning, FF&E specification, materials selection, and detailed joinery packages.
- Prepare and present concept designs and technical drawings.
- Ensure compliance with Irish building regulations, planning laws, and health & safety standards.
- Deliver projects within scope, on time, and within budget.
- 5+ Years’ Irish Experience + Site Experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Mid to Advanced Revit skills
- Experience working with Budgets and Deadlines
