Sales Administrator - Logistics| €35K - €37K DOELocation: Cork City - Marina Business ParkMonday - Friday 9AM - 5PMWe're looking for a Sales Administrator to join a fast-paced logistics operation based in Marina Business Park. This is a hands-on role that combines office administration with some face-to-face interaction. You'll be dealing with drivers, clients, and team members throughout the day - no two days are the same!Key Responsibilities:Provide full administrative support to the sales and logistics teamsProcess sales orders, delivery dockets, purchase orders, and invoicesUpdate internal systems and maintain accurate recordsManage incoming calls, emails, and general customer queriesLiaise with drivers, suppliers, and customers to coordinate deliveries and collectionsGreet and assist visitors to the office, ensuring smooth communication across departmentsSupport with stock checks and reporting when requiredRequirements:Minimum 2 years' admin experience (ideally in a logistics, transport, or sales setting)Excellent organisational and communication skillsConfident dealing with people in a busy, high-traffic office environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systemsFull-time | On-site Cork City (Marina Business Park)Job Types: Full-time, Permanent- Pay: €35,000.00-€37,000.00 per year
