Job DescriptionRole: Location Sales and Marketing ManagerExperience required in Marketing and Sales for Event/Conferencing Space (hotel/conferencing sales background very beneficial)Location: Cork; Key Stadium VenueSalary: €35000 - €50,000 p/annum40 hours per week Mon - Fri (events on weekends and evenings and when the Business requires)Benefits:

  • Proactively generate and convert event sales leads, meeting revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and private clients.
  • Conduct venue show rounds, presentations, and sales pitches.
  • Work closely with the Sales, operations and catering teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Support on the preparation of and negotiation of contracts, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
  • Represent the venue and Baxterstorey at networking events and trade shows.
