- Independently complete the full research, development, and deployment lifecycle of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement features and enhancements.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for easy maintenance and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across production and development environments.
- Continuously optimise backend systems to manage increased traffic and enhance user experience.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies to drive overall system improvements.Skills & Qualifications:- Ph.D. or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- 3+ years of backend/algorithm development experience, with a deep proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience in developing LLM models or LLM-based applications (e.g., AI assistants, chatbots).
- Ability to independently research, develop, and deploy projects from concept to production.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for complex challenges.
- Strong communicator and collaborator with mentorship abilities.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or vector databases.
- Publications in top AI conferences.
