- Responsible for consistent delivery of sales, profit, and service targets
- Design and implement sales and development plan, adapting and modifying as necessary to an ever evolving and dynamic marketplace
- Ensuring all contractual elements are recorded and documented to ensure clear and concise customer and account management
- Maintain contact with key units through site visits to drive sales and manage any service issue
- Work collaboratively and cross functionally to achieve sales and growth plans
- Responsible for building effective relationships with key customers and stakeholders both internally and externally
- Proactively embody and promote a culture of opportunity, equality, and diversity
- Support and champion change including business improvement projects beyond immediate role responsibilities
- Advocate and drive consistent use of all available system tools
- 5 years' experience within a customer sales / relationship management role, ideally within the Foodservice sector
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Must maintain a valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company minimum standards
