Work Model: Field Service / WorkshopMorgan McKinley is working with a growing engineering services provider in Cork that is expanding its team due to increased demand. We are currently seeking experienced Industrial Electricians or Service Technicians to join their service division, supporting both new installations and ongoing maintenance of overhead lifting equipment.Key Responsibilities:Carry out routine servicing and preventative maintenance on overhead cranes, hoist units, and related systemsRespond to breakdowns and troubleshoot issues on-siteInterpret and follow installation and maintenance guidelines from manufacturersAdhere to health and safety practices, including method statements, risk assessments, and PPE useComplete accurate service and installation reportsCollaborate effectively with internal teams and customersMaintain strong customer relationships and deliver high levels of serviceEngage in ongoing product and technical trainingIdeal Candidate Profile:Industrial electrical background, with experience wiring control panels (e.g. isolators, terminals, main switches)Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and documentationStrong technical knowledge with practical problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and customer service skillsSelf-motivated, with the ability to work independently or in a teamBackground in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance preferredFull, clean driving licence (towing capacity desirable but not essential)Valid Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and MEWP certificationBenefits:Permanent, stable employmentCompany vanOvertime payPrivate medical insuranceCompany pensionOngoing training and development opportunities
