- Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the property, ensuring excellent guest service at all times.
- Support and supervise staff across bar, restaurant, and front of house operations.
- Take ownership of shift management, including opening/closing procedures.
- Handle guest queries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and service standards.
- Act as the senior point of contact during shifts, liaising with management as required.
- Assist with training and motivating team members to deliver consistently high standards.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or duty management role within hospitality (hotel or restaurant background desirable).
- Strong leadership and organisational skills with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication and people management abilities.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends.
- Based locally in Co. Cork or open to relocation.
