We want you to become the best version of yourself.Join us as a Business Product Specialist - ICTThis role will sit within the capability area of IoT & ICT Products Portfolio and is key to the delivery of IoT & ICT financial & strategic objectives. The role involves working within the ICT product team, and building required product portfolio set including product development, delivery, launch and post launch tracking and monitoring. Intra and cross department engagement will also be a significant element to the role working collaboratively with Sales Teams, Mar Comms, Finance, Customer Support, Sales Enablement, Regulatory & Legal, etc.What else it involvesWorking within an agile framework and part of the IoT & ICT tribe you will be responsible for the following;
- Product development, end to end (customer insight, business case build, trials, GTM & launch, and vendor evaluation).
- Success tracking (and KPIs such as penetration, AMPU, churn and product mix)
- Manage feedback from internal and external customers.
- Working with team members to onboard partners, help develop product roadmaps and innovation within the wider product portfolios.
- Monitor and review competitive offerings, assess the potential customer / company impact, and support with response strategies which differentiate from the competition.
- Identify market threats and take appropriate action to protect base and revenue.
- Track base and revenue performance, preparing remedial action plans where variances are identified.
- Close collaboration with key stakeholders such as Mar comms. Digital, IT, Business Care and sales teams to ensure engagement, support, and delivery for portfolio.
- Meet with sales teams to understand market dynamics, respond to customer needs and competitive threats.
- Ensure that all propositions and products developed are positively contributing to Customer Satisfaction targets.
- Preparation of reporting requirements for internal stakeholders and the decision-making process.
- Product management knowledge (Launch, go-to-market, In life and end of life) with proven ability to execute best practice.
- Proven experience at working and engaging with different functions - Finance, CRM, Marketing, Sales, IT & Networks etc
- High-level understanding of telecommunications and ICT technology trends desired.
- Passionate about excellent Customer Experience and innovation.
- Exceptional commercial acumen with the ability to understand how we can increase profitability and deliver agreed KPI's.
- Ability to clearly demonstrate achievement of results in previous roles.
