- Provide performance updates and reports for identification of variances and corrective action.
- Manage document management via CDE Platform
- Liaise with Senior level Management, offering regular project performance status updates.
- Demonstrate leadership, team skills, self-confidence, and effective decision making throughout the project.
- Suitable candidates must hold a degree or diploma in Building Services or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and have a minimum of 5 to 7 years experience.
- Excellent communication, Presentation and Organizational skills.
- Experience collaborating within engineering teams for successful project delivery.
- Drive for continuous innovation and adoption of emerging technologies.
- Familiarity with relevant knowledge sources
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Developing skills in relevant software
- Project Management expertise
- Knowledge of project planning software
- Construction knowledge and experience
