- Lead the Mechanical or Electrical Services design for large scale Data Center Projects.
- Design and specification of Mechanical or Electrical services on Data Center Projectgs
- Develop the Mechanical or Electrical design standards within the organisation.
- Mentoring of junior engineering staff.
- Develop detailed tender packages and monitor installation/quality on site until project completion.
- Tender report / analysis / recommendations.
- Develop project scope with design team / client.
- Produce budgets and reports for clients.
- Take lead on projects with minimal input from management team.
- Delivering Data Center projects for some of the world's leading end user clients.
- Suitable candidates must hold a degree or diploma in Building Services or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- You must have a minimum 6+ years of Mechanical or Electrical building services design experience.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and REVIT an advantage
- Expert knowledge and experience in the following Mechanical or Electrical design.
- Confident in client meetings, skilfully communicating on behalf of the design team.
- Ability to lead projects, taking a brief from the project lead, delivering, and controlling required tasks.
- Multi-tasker, with the ability to prioritise and delegate as appropriate to meet project deadlines.
- Excellent report writing, explaining complex engineering issues in simple and clear language.
- Knowledgeable in Irish and European Standards [training can be provided].
- Desire to grow with the organisation, undertaking training and mentorship to progress.
