About Your New EmployerWorking for a family run business who are in existence in Ireland for the past 20 years. They are a food service distributor who supply frozen and chilled food to Hospitals, Schools and Fast Food Outlets. Due to success and expansion they are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to cover Dublin and surrounding areas.Key Responsibilities for the Business Development Manager job
  • You will be covering the Dublin territory and surrounding areas
  • Managing an existing portfolio of business and also bringing in new business
  • Selling into food services, mainly Takeaways
  • Relationship Management and Relationship Building
  • Upselling and cross-selling
  • Working closely with the Logistics and Accounts teams
  • Reporting
What Skills You Need for this Sales Job
  • Field Sales experience within the food service industry is essential
  • Knowledge of the Food Services industry, in particular the fast food industry
  • Field Sales experience selling into Takeaways is a strong advantage
  • Full Driving Licence
