- Build and maintain strong C-level relationships to drive a robust opportunity pipeline and exceed financial targets
- Develop and execute detailed account plans for all strategic target accounts within the assigned portfolio
- Maintain and expand a list of strategic accounts and identify new prospects through structured activities
- Qualify and prioritize prospects through research and direct customer interactions (face-to-face and virtual)
- Map and engage the customer supply chain, including contractors, system integrators, panel builders, OEMs, IT partners, and other ecosystem stakeholders, in collaboration with the extended team
- Create and manage a focused subset of target and active conversion accounts, including machine integrators, system integrators, and channel partners
- Coordinate technical experts as needed to evaluate applications and support product and software demonstrations
- Develop the commercial strategy, including pricing approaches, prototyping plans, and internal conversion resources (ADE)
- Establish strategic revenue-generating plans for consulting engagements, proofs of concept, pilot projects, and partner-executed implementations
- Monitor and report market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to relevant internal stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with wider Schneider Electric teams to identify and drive cross-selling opportunities across business units at national and international levels
- Achieve individual financial targets, including 70% new logo business and year-over-year revenue growth from existing accounts, including increased share of wallet beyond the Industry Automation business unit
- Strong experience in Industrial Automation, Motion, and Robotics
- Proven consultative selling and full-cycle business development expertise
- Ability to design turnkey automation and digital solutions using Schneider technologies
- Solid understanding of logistics and CPG sectors (ideally food & beverage and life sciences)
- Excellent communication skills with strong business acumen and a results-driven mindset
- High customer engagement capability (incl. regular face-to-face interactions) and willingness to travel up to 50%
- Strong interest in digitization, sustainability, and emerging technology trends
