- Prioritise maintenance and repairs in line with production requirements.
- Manage and optimise spare parts inventory for all critical equipment.
- Coordinate, supervise, and verify work completed by external contractors.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the maintenance team, including performance management.
- Develop and deliver a robust Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) strategy.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure achievement of all maintenance KPIs.
- Control maintenance-related expenditure and develop cost-effective plans.
- Monitor supply trends and communicate any impacts on equipment or materials.
- Conduct risk assessments and maintain compliance with all H&S and environmental standards.
- Ensure all plant equipment is backed up, including PLC and robotic software.
- Manage technical documentation for all plant, machinery, and software.
- Build strong multi‑skilling and cross‑training capability within the team.
- Maintain compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and other relevant standards.
- Manage uptime reporting, data analysis, and daily performance graphing.
- Any additional duties assigned in line with business needs.
- Third-level degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar maintenance leadership role.
- Strong people management and team‑building skills.
- Automotive experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision-making ability.
- Results‑driven and able to perform under pressure within tight deadlines.
