You’ll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements.Purpose-led work you’ll be part ofThis is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced team of organised administration professionals. The role involves some traditional secretarial and administration functions for the team, as well as provides support to the other Business Support Administrators when required. This role will give you exposure to business units within Assurance and allow you to work with many different individuals on a daily basis.Specific Areas of ResponsibilityComplex and extensive email/diary management and meeting coordination.Produce brand compliant proposals, presentations and report documentation using Google Apps (Docs, Slides, Sheets) as well as Word, PowerPoint and Excel (responsibility to ensure all firm standards are maintained using PwC branding)Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements by liaising with internal travel office and provide detailed itinerariesElectronically signing documents for team members via DocuSignSupport financial management: invoices, WIP reports, PO tracking, reports and summarising as required.Support client relationship management: using Salesforce to create campaigns, opportunities and produce reports for risk management tracking.Assistance with event management for both internal and external events including Away Days, team lunches/training days as requiredProduce and maintain a schedule of meetings/conference callsArrange client meetings and appointmentsSupporting internal/client meetings, greeting clients, booking rooms and organising lunchesProviding ongoing support for other PAs / Support Staff.Collaborate with and support peers (across the BUs and Assurance wide), where required to provide seamless support for the firm.A responsibility for sharing knowledge; supporting the wider PA team in training new hires and providing guidance where necessarySupport digital transformation within the team and wider PA group.Filing and maintenance of files in document management solutionManaging telephone calls, using initiative to identify alternative contacts where requiredAssisting with incoming/outgoing post and couriersAssist with general ad-hoc projects as and when requiredExperience Skills/ProfileIdeally 2 - 5 years relevant experience in a similar role within a professional environment.MS Office skills/Google skills in particular, advanced Word/Docs and PowerPoint/Slides.Intermediate knowledge of email systems.Excellent communication skills.Attention to detail and ability to prioritise are key.Capable of working under pressure and tight deadlines.Excellent interpersonal skills.Proactive and positive attitude.Understanding of the need for absolute confidentiality.Unlock your potential with PwC IrelandWe believe that challenges are better solved together.
