Line of Service TaxIndustry/Sector Not ApplicableSpecialism OperationsManagement Level AdministrativeJob Description & SummaryPurpose-led work you’ll be part ofAs a Partner Administrator, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.12 Month Fixed Term ContractResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Anticipate needs of Partners/Directors/Senior Managers in relation to resources, travel, and accommodation and respond as requiredSupport financial management: invoices, debtor collection, reportsSupport client relationship management: using Salesforce to create campaigns, opportunities and produce reports for risk management tracking. Prior experience using Salesforce an advantageSupport digital transformation within the team and wider PA group. Prior experience using any digital tools e.g MS Power platform an advantageProduce brand compliant proposals, presentations and report documentation using Google Apps (Docs, Slides, Sheets) as well as Word, PowerPoint and Excel (responsibility to ensure all firm standards are maintained using PwC branding)Assistance with event management for internal and external eventsProduce and maintain a schedule of meetings/conference callsComplex and extensive diary management and meeting coordinationCoordinate travel and accommodation arrangements & liaising with internal travel office and develop detailed itinerariesCollaborate with and support peers (within Channel and in the wider Tax practice), where required to provide seamless support for the firm.A responsibility for sharing knowledge; supporting the wider PA team in training new hires and providing guidance where necessaryFiling and maintenance of files in document management solutionManaging telephone calls, using initiative to identify alternative contacts where requiredAssist with general ad-hoc projects as and when requiredExperiences and skills5 years'+ relevant experience in a similar professional environmentExcellent administration skills, including advanced ability in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, G Workspace, and databasesSalesforce experience an advantagePassionate about making continuous improvement and digital transformation a priority within your roleResilience: the ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and a high standard of workExcellent communication and influencing skillsTeam player: ability to engage with the team and provide support and flexibilityUnderstanding the need for working discreetly and maintaining confidentialityAbility to prioritise, manage own work flow, and use own initiativeAbility to problem solve and work independently as requiredStrong attention to detailStrong organisational and problem-solving skillsFlexibility, proactiveness, and a positive attitudeUnlock your potential with PwC IrelandWe believe that challenges are better solved together!
