Location: Co. KildareHybrid: Yes, 2 days WFHJob type: Full-time, permanentOur client is looking to welcome a technically strong Finance Manager to oversee General Ledger activities. You will report to Head of Finance to lead a high-performance team and drive continuous improvement in the function.Responsibilities

Oversee financial reporting by way of period-end close, intercompany reconciliations and financial statements for Group
Responsible for accurate recording and review of journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
Ensure compliance on statutory/tax, audit
Contribute to process improvement, mentor a team of accounting staff
Ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA) with minimum 4 years’ in a leadership role
Technically strong with ability to think strategically and analytically
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
High proficiency in Excel and ERP systems essential, business intelligence tools (Power BI) an advantage
Prior experience in ESG Reporting Standards is desirable
