Finance Manager - Construction - KildareA well-established and growing construction company based in Kildare is seeking to appoint a Finance Manager to oversee its finance function. Operating across a range of projects, the business has built a strong reputation in the market and continues to expand. This is a key role offering broad responsibility and close interaction with senior leadership.The RoleReporting to the Managing Director, you will take ownership of the day-to-day finance function while providing commercial insight to support project delivery and business performance. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
Monitor project costs, margins, and profitability across multiple sites
Oversee cashflow management and weekly reporting
Ensure compliance with VAT, PAYE/PRSI, requirements
Lead month-end and year-end close processes
Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and advisors
Drive improvements in financial processes and reporting
Support commercial decision-making through analysis and insight

About You

Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
Previous experience in a similar industry is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of Irish tax requirements
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Proactive, hands-on, and commercially minded
