- Lead the design and development of technical solutions in collaboration with development teams, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Take ownership of technical delivery within assigned projects, driving technical decisions and promoting best practices across the team.
- Provide technical mentorship through regular code reviews and hands-on guidance to developers.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear system designs and technical specification documentation.
- Actively participate in software development leadership initiatives and contribute to strategic planning within the Solution Delivery Development Team.
- Support business users by addressing technical queries and ensuring smooth delivery of solutions.
- Adhere to established development and support processes, ensuring compliance with current procedures and standards.
- Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in leading and designing technical projects, with strong innovation and hands-on leadership skills.
- 5+ years' experience working with RDBMS databases (Oracle or SQL Server).
- Strong working knowledge in database design and modelling.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, Node.js, and JSON.
- Experience across all aspects of the software project life cycle using iterative & agile development practices.
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work effectively in a close team environment with clear objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence technical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business focus with great attention to detail.
- Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, PaaS, Microservices Architecture, Event-Driven Architecture, and Serverless.
- Familiarity with Git, GitLab, Jira, and Confluence.
