We are looking for an experienced Technical Services Lead to manage a team of technical contractors.This role is based on a major pharma site in Cork and is your chance to lead within a complex, high-performance, and tightly regulated environment, ensuring world-class standards are met every single day.In this role you will:

Own site-wide technical performance – delivering excellence in safety, compliance, and operational standards.
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of 5+ skilled technical staff.
Manage key systems including BMS, Maximo, GMARS (or similar).
Champion GMP compliance and the highest HSE standards.
Drive efficiency with KPI monitoring and continuous improvement projects.
Deliver critical projects with sharp attention to documentation and reporting.
Build trusted partnerships with our client and key on-site stakeholders.

Ideally you will have:

Proven experience in managing technical services in a regulated (GMP) environment.
Experienced in leading technical teams (2+ years in people management).
Skilled in electrical or mechanical engineering (preferred).
Confident in client-facing roles, with exceptional communication and relationship skills.
Strategic yet hands-on – able to collaborate across departments and respond proactively.
