The RoleWe are recruiting three Production Team Leaders, one for the morning shift and two for the evening shift at the Ballymount site. Reporting to the Production Manager, the Team Leader will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of production processes, maintain performance targets and coordinate with key internal departments.Key Responsibilities

Provide hands-on support across washing, drying and folding to keep production running smoothly.
Coordinate with other Team Leaders to ensure the correct processing order and daily timelines are met.
Carry out regular spot checks on net bags to ensure quality
Monitor machine and operator performance against targets, including regular checks and address issues with staff or maintenance when required
Ensure consistent product flow to production lines to maintain efficient operations
Ensure residents’ clothing is handled with care and respect at all times
Promote a strong Health & Safety culture, reporting near misses and safety observations promptly

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
Effective problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build strong working relationships at all levels
Comfortable using basic IT systems (e.g. Excel, logs, trackers)
