- Conduct thorough evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in clients of all ages.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client needs.
- Provide therapy sessions that incorporate evidence-based practices to facilitate communication improvements.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, as well as clients and families, to support therapy goals.
- Track client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary for optimal results.
- Offer education and resources to clients and families to promote effective communication at home.
- Engage in continued professional development to remain current with the latest clinical practices.
- A recognized degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist with a focus on client-centered care.
- Fluency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of speech and language disorders along with appropriate therapeutic techniques.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to relocate to Ireland and immerse yourself in a new culture.
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and documentation tools is a plus.
- Valid licenses or certifications to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist within Ireland.
