Are you in?Your RoleKey responsibilities in your new roleYou will lead change management activities for new Supply Chain solutions, driving business transformation and successful adoption.
  • Lead change management activities related to the introduction of new Supply Chain solutions in a project environment
  • Develop and execute structured change strategies and communication plans, ensuring buy-in and alignment from key stakeholders across the organization
  • Identify change impact across teams, processes, and systems as well as proactively manage resistance and risks
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and different teams to ensure successful delivery of change initiatives
  • Design and facilitate workshops, training, and engagement sessions tailored to different audience needs
  • Develop and track key change management metrics to measure adoption, readiness, and overall change effectiveness
  • Ensure change activities are inclusive, transparent, and adapted to the cultural and operational context of each country
Your ProfileQualifications and skills to help you succeedWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional with a strong background in change management and transformation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field
  • Around 5+ years of experience in the field of change management and transformation, in multi-national Supply Chain organizations
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry and project management is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience leading change, communication and training initiatives in IT transformation or operating model integration
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels of the organization
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and coaching abilities
  • Fluency in English
