Aspect Hotel Park West are currently recruiting for a Full Time Chef de Partie to join the team. The Role: The sucessful candidate will have prior experience in a Chef de Partie Position covering Breakfast, Carvery and Dinner Service. They will be a professional, focussed, enthusiastic person with a flare and passion for food presentation and menu design. Reporting directly to the hotel's Operations Manager, your day to day responsibilities will include: Full responsibility for all aspects of kitchen day to day management Responsibility for purchasing and stock control/ monitoring Control of weekly and monthly stock take Ensuring HACCP Practises are maintained throughout the kitchen and back of house areas High volume evening service, mainly group set menus Menu planning and costings Staff Training This is a full time, permanent position.
