Senior Mortgage Operations Administrator
Our client, a financial services firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Mortgage Operations Administrator to join their team. In this role, the successful candidate will manage the mortgage application pipeline playing a key part in ensuring a seamless process through effective communication, collection of relevant documents and issue resolution.This role is ideal for a professional with brokerage experience who is seeking a new challenge.Responsibilities
  • Manage the application pipeline, addressing any issues and delays ensuring an efficient process.
  • Manage documentation ensuring all relevant information is obtained for the stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records on the system, ensuring all documents and communications are logged.
  • Communicate with all stakeholders including clients, solicitors, mortgage providers.
  • Overseeing the full client process from start to finish.
  • Work collaboratively with the team.
About You
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role within a brokerage.
  • Highly organised individual with strong communication skills alongside the ability to work as part of a team.
