General Manager – Auto Boland Main Motor DealershipSalary: €100K – €150K OTE + BenefitsFull-time | PermanentWe currently have a vacancy for a highly motivated, results driven individual in one of our dealerships based in the Southeast. This important role will require the suitable candidate to be responsible for the overall performance of the business, to oversee all the departments, set targets and maintain performances daily and ensure all targets and KPI’s are achieved. This high-level role with require the applicant to be fully immersed in the business and interact with our customers. We are extremely focused on achieving top tier customer satisfaction and for it to be monitored daily. This is a performance-based role and will allow the applicant the opportunity to earn an open-ended package based on business performance with many benefits.Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a General Manager or Dealer Principal role within the motor industry
  • Strong commercial understanding of dealership operations
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed business targets and KPIs
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Proficient in dealership systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Results-driven and adaptable, with a strategic mindset
  • Full clean driving licence
