As our Customer Care Specialist, you will support and teach our customers how to bank online and use our features so that they can save money and shop online.The value you will deliver...You will be a part of our specialised team dedicated to the banking service of savings products in Louise- Brussels for the Dutch / Flemish market.You will act as an ambassador and guarantee a unique and impeccable customer experience by personalising your answers by phone, chat and e-mail. You will accompany the customer throughout the account creation process (before and after the opening of their savings account) by respecting the rules and policies of the e-commerce and boutique customer services.Who you are...You're the type of person who makes people feel heard and listened to. You genuinely care about making a difference in somebody's day and understand that it's all about the smallest things that people usually don't pay attention to. You're someone who respects other people's time and tries to be as punctual as possible. Also, you're not afraid of learning new things and being outside of your comfort zone. Be fluent in Dutch (C2 or Native) with a good knowledge of French or English (C1)
Have been in an environment where you handled a lot of customer requests by phone, email or chat
Be interested in learning more about banking than you already know
You have at least a CESS certificate
Preferred but not required: Already have a PCP FSMA holder or you are ready to take the relevant certification exams (FSMA) within the first 6 months of your permanent employment
