Employment Lawyer Dublin/Cork – Top Tier Law Firm

• Work collaboratively as part of multi-disciplinary specialist teams on high value and business critical client projects
• Advise on a wide range of employment issues such as managing dismissals, defending High Court injunctions and WRC claims, workforce restructuring, discrimination, workplace investigations, disciplinary procedures, performance management, enforceability of post-termination restrictive covenants, employment financial services regulatory issues, gender pay gap compliance, managing sickness absence and other day to day employment issues
• Gain experience in client advisory and litigation matters before the WRC and the High Court, working closely with Senior Associates and Partners
• Support on key client and regulatory investigation projects
• Support Partners in driving thought leadership in the employment law area including gender pay reporting, the future of work, workplace culture and senior executive accountability in regulated sectors

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in Employment law
• Highly client focused and committed to exceeding client expectations
• Able to manage a diverse workload and deliver quality commercially focused advice
