- Managing a varied employment law caseload involving contentious and non-contentious matters
- Representing clients before The Workplace Relations Commission, the Labour Court and the courts
- Advising clients on a wide variety of employment law issues
- Managing client relationships
- Participating in mediations and arbitrations
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE
- Experience in advising clients in complex and technical contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Experience in representing clients before The Workplace Relations Commission, the Labour Court and the courts
- Strong business development skills and commercial awareness
- An ability to communicate effectively at all levels
