As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the external sales team, managing customer relationships, and contributing to the company’s continued growth.The successful individua will have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field or a technical or engineering degree with relevant commercial experience.
- Additional certifications in Sales and / or CRM systems.
- Minimum of 2 years in internal sales / sales executive, ideally within construction, building materials, or manufacturing.
- Highly structured in the approach to sales
- Proven success in outbound sales strategy development and execution.
- Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Pipedrive).
- Ability to understand technical aspects of products.
- Proficient in pipeline management, and forecasting.
- Excellent commercial business acumen.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs
- Support the internal sales manager across Ireland and the UK, ensuring performance targets are met or exceeded.
- Support a high-performing sales culture that emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and customer satisfaction.
- Support sales strategies, processes, and performance standards to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
- Ensure accurate and consistent use of CRM systems; compliance, and data integrity.
- Coordinate closely with field-based Business Development Managers.
- Deliver tactical sales plans and monitor pipeline activity and conversion rates.
- Provide update on sales performance and market insights.
- Support a customer-centric approach to ensure repeat business, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
