Staff Nurse – Nursing Home (Limerick Area), IrelandKate Cowhig International Healthcare Recruitment is currently recruiting Staff Nurses for an 80-bed nursing home located in a highly attractive area with easy access to Limerick City.This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive care environment and deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents.Requirements:Candidates must meet the following criteria:

Eligibility to live and work in Ireland (European or UK passport required)
NMBI registration ( PIN number )
Nursing Qualification
Previous experience in elderly care is desirable
Excellent English communication and strong interpersonal skills

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Staff Nurse, candidates will be required to work as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team under the direction of the Nursing team. Duties will include:

Supervise, control staff and delegate duties as necessary.
Ensure that all residents are treated with dignity, privacy and respect and ensuring they are treated as individuals
Establish a personal and meaningful relationship with all residents, relatives, and visitors, ensuring appropriate support and comfort is given at all times, especially to the bereaved.
Ensure all Nursing Healthcare policies are known and adhered to by all staff.

Benefits:

Salary: €38,000 - €45,000 per annum
