Assistant Director of Nursing - Newcastle West, Co. LimerickCpl Healthcare is recruiting an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for a modern, high-quality nursing home in Co. Limerick. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected organisation dedicated to exceptional resident care and staff development.As ADON, you will support the Director of Nursing in managing daily clinical operations, ensuring compliance with HIQA standards and leading a committed nursing and care team. You will contribute to governance, quality improvement, staff support and resident wellbeing in a warm, person-centred environment.To be considered for the role, the following criteria apply:
  • Registered General Nurse with active NMBI pin
  • 3 of the previous 6 years experience in elderly care
  • 3+ years' nursing management experience (nursing home/aged care ideal)
  • Strong knowledge of HIQA & National Standards
  • Leadership/management qualifications
  • Eligible to work in Ireland
