- Drive revenue and margin growth across private and public sector markets in Ireland and the UK
- Generate and convert new business opportunities by developing and executing structured account and sector plans
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and solution definition to negotiation and contract closure
- Collaborate with Pre Sales, Services, and Project teams to deliver robust technology and Managed Services solutions
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining accurate forecasts and CRM updates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Stay current with market trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities
- Represent Damovo at industry events, conferences, and promotional activities
- Minimum of five years' proven success in new business solution sales
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets with accurate forecasting and structured activity planning
- Strong curiosity about emerging technologies and their business impact
