- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to drive growth and customer loyalty
- Build strong, consultative relationships with key stakeholders through regular customer visits and on-site engagement
- Identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions that create lasting customer value
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless support and customer satisfaction
- Share market insights, customer feedback, and strategic ideas with the Sales Manager and Inside Sales team to shape business direction
- A passion for sales and customer engagement, with a proactive and strategic mindset
- A degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related Life Science field
- Strong knowledge of Chromatography and/or analytical workflows, with the ability to translate technical insights into customer value
- Proven success in consultative sales, including negotiation, relationship-building, and identifying growth opportunities
- Comfort and enthusiasm for regular customer visits (~70%) to strengthen relationships and drive strategic insights (a valid driving license required)
- Hands-on experience in a laboratory setting, especially using HPLC
