- Excellent quality Customer Service: Oversee order placement and execution with relevant production units.
- Handle escalated customer queries from the Customer Service team and manage any complaints.
- Take responsibility for achieving positive customer results and analyse KPIs related to financial performance and delivery metrics.
- Strengthen long-term relationships: Develop and enhance your customer contracts and supplier agreements (annual budgets, capacity planning, slot reservations, modification programs, contract amendments).
- Lead customer engagement: Collect and analyse your customer insights (requirements, planning, satisfaction) and host regular customer performance reviews with your clients.
- Take on ad hoc special projects and initiatives that drive operational excellence and customer value.
- Minimum Diploma or degree qualified, preferably in a business or engineering discipline.
- 3 years+ experience in customer related roles
- Experience in the Aviation industry is advantageous
- Exceptional customer focus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid proficiency in the relevant IT systems used (MS Office/Teams, ERP Systems)
- Diplomacy and negotiating ability.
- Strong initiative to make decisions and a structured, systematic way of working
