This role will play a key part in supporting decision-making and driving continuous improvement within the Inventory and Driver Check-In (DCI) functions, always keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do.Key Accountabilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for:-Developing and maintaining KPIs and dashboards to monitor:
  • Inventory accuracy
  • Service levels
  • Error rates
  • Team productivity
-Generating regular and ad-hoc reports to support departmental decision-making-Providing insights into team performance and operational trends-Delivering training to the wider team to ensure:
  • Process consistency across teams and sites
  • Alignment with best practices
  • Standardising and documenting inventory processes
-Collaborating with other departments to:
  • Review performance data
  • Identify root causes of issues
  • Support corrective actions
-Leading and supporting continuous improvement initiatives-Acting as a key contact for performance reviews and cross-functional discussions-Driving improvements within the DCI team to enhance understanding of cus-tomer issues-Identifying and implementing automation opportunities to streamline inventory-related processes-Participating in ad hoc projects as required-Other duties as assigned by the Senior Inventory Management TeamRequirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in inventory analysis or related field
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with advanced Excel proficiency
  • Experience with warehouse management systems and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present insights clearly
  • Commercially minded and results-driven
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across departments
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Self-starter with strong time management and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of inventory control best practices and applicable industry regulations
