Production Operative - West Dublin We are working exclusively with a client we have been recruiting for several years. We are looking for a Production Operative to join a small but friendly team. This is a diverse role covering laboratory work, warehouse duties, and small-batch production. You will be part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced environment, contributing to high-quality product delivery and customer satisfaction. Salary: €35k - €40k Benefits: Contributory Pension, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays Working Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday Duties in the role: Perform colour matching and supply ink formulations to meet customer specifications, occasionally at customer sites Conduct quality control checks on production orders and maintain physical QC colour standards for referenceCreate and maintain ink formulations within the SAP system Produce small-batch ink orders (e.g., 5, 10, 20, 50 kg) according to customer requirements Carry out basic laboratory testing to support customer technical requests (e.g., UV cure testing, adhesion testing) Provide holiday cover for the warehouse operative, including picking, packing, and booking transport Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations, particularly during peak workload periods Work to daily customer requirements while supporting continuous improvement initiatives Promote and uphold high health and safety standards, including reporting safety observations Skills: Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence Competent in IT applications (Excel, Word, Email) Able to work to tight deadlines with minimal supervision Effective communication and teamwork skills Strong awareness of health and safety practices
