- Work closely with the Board to craft and implement a renewed Sales Strategy.
- Manage key client accounts across Ireland while expanding our footprint in the UK and European markets.
- Lead business development initiatives with Tier 1 contractors, consultants, and major industrial clients.
- Collaborate with the Tendering and Operations teams to monitor progress on bids and live tenders.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
- Attend monthly board meetings and weekly sales reviews.
- Strong track record (10+ years) in sales leadership, ideally in M&E, HVAC, or engineering sectors.
- Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with Tier 1 contractors and key stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Commercial awareness, strategic thinking, and sound judgment under pressure.
- A proactive, self-motivated drive with the flexibility to balance account management (60%) and new business development (40%).
- A relevant third-level qualification in business, marketing, or engineering (preferred).
