- Monitor, review, and oversee employee performance, providing coaching and feedback as needed.
- Ensure high standards of service deliver, aligned with agreed budgets and performance metrics.
- Promote awareness of the services provided by business and support strong community engagement.
- Ensure all targets and objectives set by the CEO and Board of Directors are met effectively, while fostering collaborative relationships with the CEO, Management Team, Board and external stakeholders.
- Uphold strong office administration practices and manage internal and external communications.
- Support the Finance Officer with monthly account preparation and reporting.
- Contribute to strategic and operational planning and execution.
- APA/QFA qualifications are advantageous.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in the financial services industry, ideally including management and/or consumer lending experience.
- Strong people management, leadership and communication skills - written and verbal.
- High proficiency in ICT, particularly Microsoft Office tools, and regularity awareness.
- A proven track record of achievement in a similar operations or leadership role, with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- The ability to work independently and lead a team to deliver outstanding results.
