Spa Manager – Luxury Boutique Hotel (Kildare)We are seeking an experienced Spa Manager for a luxury boutique hotel and wellness retreat located in Kildare. The property features botanical-inspired treatments, serene relaxation lounges, and outdoor thermal facilities such as saunas and hot tubs, all set within beautifully restored heritage surroundings.This is a hands-on leadership position overseeing all spa operations, team performance, and guest experience. The spa offers holistic, nature-led therapies and premium product lines, requiring a manager with a passion for luxury service, detail, and wellness.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the spa team to deliver exceptional, personalised guest care.
  • Oversee daily spa operations including scheduling, stock control, hygiene standards, and facility presentation.
  • Ensure treatment rooms, relaxation spaces, and all outdoor wellness areas (including thermal zones, saunas, and hot tubs) remain immaculate and guest-ready.
  • Drive revenue through treatment bookings, retail sales, and seasonal spa promotions.
  • Recruit, train, and develop the spa team to uphold luxury service standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless guest journeys.
Requirements
  • 3+ years’ experience in spa management within a luxury or boutique hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and guest-service skills.
  • Proven commercial awareness with experience managing KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Relevant qualification in Spa Management, Beauty Therapy, or Holistic Therapy.
  • Own transport essential – the location is not serviced by public transport.
  • Passion for wellness, holistic treatment concepts, and high-end guest experience.
