Food Service Assistant

• Perform general cleaning duties including manual pot washing and use of commercial dishwasher
• Receive, check, and store deliveries in line with company procedures
• Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen environment at all times
• Dispose of kitchen waste appropriately and safely
• Serve customers courteously and efficiently
• Complete administrative tasks such as temperature logs, cleaning schedules, and stock takes
• Support food preparation with attention to special dietary requirements and allergens
• Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene policies
• Assist with school events, including occasional evenings and weekends
• Provide support at other local units if required
