Project ManagerLocation: Tralee (4-6 months) → Limerick (2-year project)Industry: Pharmaceutical ConstructionType: Full-Time ContractOur client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery on two major pharmaceutical construction projects in Ireland. The initial assignment will be a 4-6 month project in Tralee, followed by a 2-year project in Limerick. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in roofing and cladding systems, along with proven leadership in fast-paced site environments.Responsibilities

Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of roofing and cladding packages
Manage subcontractors and site teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Monitor project progress, budgets, and safety compliance
Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to resolve technical issues
Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and installation standards
Maintain site documentation and reporting

Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, ideally with roofing/cladding focus
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical or industrial build environments
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive performance on site
Safe Pass and relevant certifications required
