Job DescriptionDue to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, we are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join our expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile projects across a range of sectors, including commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and data centres.Key RequirementsDegree qualified in Engineering or a related discipline (further qualifications are a distinct advantage)Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, ideally with a main contractorProficient in project planning tools such as ASTA Powerproject or MS ProjectDemonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects with a focus on programme delivery, budget control, and qualityStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate multidisciplinary teamsProven experience across high-spec public and private sector projects (Pharma, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Healthcare, Data Centres)Previous experience in delivering large-scale projects is highly desirableExcellent knowledge of construction contracts and the ability to interpret technical documentationExceptional communication, analytical, organisational, and negotiation skillsAdaptability and flexibility to thrive in dynamic environmentsExperience with structural steel and building services is a plusStrong attention to detail and a proactive approach to project deliveryAbility to effectively communicate complex technical issues to stakeholders, clients, and team membersKey ResponsibilitiesLead project delivery from mobilisation through to handover and post-project evaluationDefine performance and delivery standards, ensuring alignment with client expectationsEnsure full compliance with company procedures and project specificationsMaintain detailed and organised project records, including key decisions and documentationEngage regularly with clients, leading on KPI tracking and implementationProvide progress reports and updates during client meetingsPlan and manage all project resources, including labour, materials, and subcontractorsDrive a high-performing project team to meet delivery milestones and quality benchmarksCollaborate closely with the Site Safety Officer to ensure best-in-class health & safety practices are maintainedThis role offers a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a results-driven professional to make a significant impact on high-value projects.
